: (1) During the investigation and investigation of any offence, if any person or establishment related to that offense cooperates as follows, when the market protection officer files a case, request before the court that such person or establishment be fully or partially exempted from the punishment according to section 18. Will be able to:-
(a) If information or notification about such offense is given before the commencement of investigation and investigation,
(b) If important evidence or information is provided which could not be discovered by the investigating officer in the course of investigation and investigation,
(c) If any other special assistance is provided in the investigation and investigation work.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the court may partially or fully waive the punishment that may be imposed on the offending person or establishment in accordance with this Act, if it is deemed appropriate to waive the punishment requested by the market protection officer.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), the person involved in the offense or the establishment cannot be exempted from the obligation to pay compensation in accordance with section 29.
